Shipping Overview

At Solway Soap and Skincare, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. Below you’ll find our shipping details, including costs, delivery times, and international shipping information.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, unless we are making the products directly for your order.  If there is to be any delay in getting your products ready we will contact you immediately.

  • Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Delivery (2-4 business days): £3.99 (Free for orders over £40).

  • Express UK Delivery (1-2 business days): £5.99.

  • Local Pickup (if applicable): Free from Langholm Producers Market

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot refund or reship orders due to incorrect addresses.
